The game has a creative concept and is enjoyable to play, offering simplicity and intuitive gameplay mechanics from the start. It's clear from the start what player need to do, providing a clear direction. As the game progresses, the increasing difficulty challenges players to think strategically and plan their next moves without hesitating, which adds to the excitement.
While the difficulty spikes in the second level, the third level feels slightly easier in comparison. The art style may not personally resonate with me, but I appreciate its execution and overall look. Despite these points, the game is well developed, and all the elements fit well together. This aspect stands out.
It would enhance the experience if the level progression were more consistent. However, overall, I found the game enjoyable to play.
With a nice and simple mechanic, Sneeze Fest is really easy to understand and get started with. The levels get progressively harder, until it becomes sort of a puzzle game. The thing I like the most about the game is honestly the theme. You basically go around and infect people on purpose, why the hell not!
Something I would try and do is maybe emphasize the puzzle aspect a bit more. Potentially give the first character a longer timer, or even no timer at all, so the player has some time to figure out the level beforehand. Rather than having to play the level twice/thrice before understanding it. That being said this could be a design decision. Next to this, I noticed that some characters have different amount of time to infect the others. This could be different sprites. Perhaps a big, bulky guy has a lot more time than a smaller guy?
One other small remark I had is that the UI that shows how many people are left sometimes blocks the view of the player itself.
Other than that, I think you guys did an amazing job overall! Keep it up!
Love how polished this game is, really good job. I personally don't love the artstyle but it works well for now. Also more importantly I believe that mixing speed and puzzling is a very hard design task. Not sure how you could take this game to the next level also, but please prove me wrong. Nicely done!
Sneeze Fest is a nice and simple game. It's not too difficult to understand, because the controls are very straightforward. I went through all the levels, because I honestly really enjoyed it.
I did have a couple of small issues. The powersspike of difficulty in the second level, compared to the first is a bit too much. Especially once you get to the third level and it suddenly feels easier than the previous one. Also, the indicator of the booger trajectory, lies about the bouncing when you hover your mouse over the railing.
Overall, I did enjoy the game. The levels, besides the second one, all felt consistent and I knew what to do after looking at them for not even a second. solid work!
I really like the main mechanic of having to keep moving and shooting to infect other people, and that you used that concept to create a puzzle game. The game is easy to understand and play.
Negative aspects for me were the lack of usage for the ricochet mechanic, I only had to use it once during the whole game, which was a shame because I think you could have created some good puzzles with that. Furthermore, I think the art of the game could have used a bit more polish, since everything feels quite static.
I think it’s also interesting that you could solve certain levels with multiple different routes, which gives the player a bit more freedom.
Infectiously entertaining! The gameplay is engaging and makes you think a little. However I do wish that the levels could built up more in difficulty over time instead of just one harder level at the end. Maybe adding levels that force the player to bounce their shot could help.
Despite that the game quirky premise and smooth mechanic make for nice experience.
A funy little game! The music is nice and the sound effects appropriately gross. I feel like it would have been nice if the ricochet mechanic was used more. It feels more like an option rather than something you'll need now. I also question the recepients of the virus moaning when it hits them haha.
I love the final taxi driver leaving a sea of dead people behind and the style fitting together well.
Simple yet highly effective, social distancing can't keep this virus at bay. Very nice levels that might be a bit on the easy side, I would have loved to see a full on hard level in this game. The UI overlaps sometimes in some key areas at the bottom of the screen most notably in the final level. Still, this game is a lot of fun to play and replay to try to go as fast as you can.
Never was infecting people so fun, nice mechanic and good idea, I do wish it had a bit more difficulty in the levels, it feel a bit to easy right now, maybe the line could be shorter then how far the snot flies, player will have to calculate where the snot will fall, certainly if you would add more walls where the snot would need to bounce of.

Great job to the team for creating this game.
